Biography: Sarah A. Glantz is a Board Certified Physician Assistant and is a new edition to the HealthwoRx™ team. She is a graduate of Florida Atlantic University where she received a Bachelor of the Arts in Political Science with a Minor in Biological Sciences and Social Sciences in 2007. She then went on to Graduate from Barry University with a Masters in Clinical Medical Sciences and Physician Assistant Studies in 2010. She works with Brian Polner, MD, in the Memorial West Medical Office Building.

Gaston Gregoire, PA-C, ARNP-BC

Biography: Gaston Gregoire is a board certified advanced registered nurse practitioner (ARNP-BC). Certified by American Nurses Credentialing Center, he attended the University of Miami and obtained a master's degree in the family practice track. Biography: Bryan K. James, PA-C, MPH graduated from Nova Southeastern University in 2001. He is a proud United States Veteran that served in the first Gulf War. He is a Member of the Veterans Caucus of the AAPA, Endocrine Society of PA's and a Lifetime Member of The Biltmore Who's Who Society of Professionals and Executives. He is currently a Preceptor and Associate Professor for Nova Southeastern and Barry University.

Angela Jones, PA-C

Biography: Originally from Wisconsin, Angela Jones earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She subsequently worked in research & development of coronary artery stents as well as research in bone marrow transplants. She graduated with honors from the Physician Assistant program at Nova Southeastern University-Orlando and went on to join the Healthworx team.

Yelena Kazakova, PA-C

Biography: Yelena Kazakova graduated with Honors from the MDC Diagnostic Medical Sonography Program in 2006 and was joined the Memorial Health Care System as an Ultrasound Technologist.

In the summer of 2008 she was accepted to the Physician Assistant program at MDC. She graduated in 2010 and started to work in Allure Medical Spa in Aventura, FL. She joined the Healthworx team in 2011 as a Physician Assistant and is currently working hard to provide healthcare services to the Broward community.

Scott Littlejohn, MPH, PA-C

Biography: Scott Littlejohn earned his first Bachelor's of Science in Biology from Barry University, where he graduated magna cum laude. He continued his education and received a Bachelor's of Science in Physician Assistant Studies and a Master's of Public Health from Nova Southeastern University. He is Board Certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants as well as the Florida Academy of Physician Assistants. He has been a member of the HealthwoRx™ Cardiology division since 2002.

R. "Kip" Rider, P.A.

Biography: Kip Ryder graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor's in Arts and Master's Degree. He has been with HealthwoRx™ since 2002. Kip Ryder is married with three children and enjoys fishing, diving and follows the Florida Gators and Miami Dolphins.

Biography: Neville A. Sharpe was born in Kingston, Jamaica and raised in Brooklyn, New York. He attended Nova Southeastern University where he received a Master's Degree in Medical Science and a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Assistant Studies. Neville Sharpe also received a Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy at Florida A&M University. He enjoys traveling, sports and music.

Lisa Scarborough Tallet, RN, MSN, ARNP,BC

Biography: Lisa Tallet is a board-certified Adult Nurse Practitioner. Her primary health focus is cardiovascular disease in women, diabetes, hypertension, wellness, and communication/education of cardiovascular risk.

Ms. Tallet received her Masters in Nursing Science and Nurse Practitionership from the Nell Hodgson Woodruff School of Nursing at Emory University in Atlanta, GA, where she received the Helene Fuld Scholarship for nursing excellence. She is a member of Sigma Theta Tau, the nursing honor society. She has been practicing at HealthwoRx since 2004. She continues to improve her academic and clinical skills by being accepted into the Doctorate of Nursing Practice program and Vanderbilt University. Although Ms. Tallet continues to see patients at the Memorial Hospital West Office, she will complete her doctoral studies in 5/2012.
