Biography: Dr. Julio Tallet is Board certified in both Internal Medicine and Cardiology. Born in Cuba, Dr. Tallet is bilingual in Spanish and English. He graduated with Honors from the Pritzker School of Medicine at the University of Chicago where he also received a Ph.D. in Physiology and Pharmacology. Dr. Tallet completed his Residency in Internal Medicine at Duke University Medical Center. After 5 years as a successful Internal Medicine physician, he completed a Fellowship in Cardiovascular Disease at Emory University where he specialized in cardiac imaging. Dr. Tallet's research in the field of Nuclear Cardiology has been recognized by national awards. Dr. Tallet has published numerous articles in respected medical journals and has lectured at national medical conferences. He is Board certified; American College of Cardiology/American Heart Association Level III certified in Echocardiography (highest level); and American College of Cardiology/American Society of Nuclear Cardiology COCATS Level III certified in Nuclear Cardiology (highest level).

**The Plantation satellite office only opens on the 1st Wed of the month from 9am to 11:15am. The Pembroke Pines office is open Mon-Fri from 7:30am - 5pm. Diagnostic testing begins at 7:30am. Patient Care begins at 9:15am through 3:30pm.

Biography: Lisa Tallet is a board-certified Adult Nurse Practitioner. Her primary health focus is cardiovascular disease in women, diabetes, hypertension, wellness, and communication/education of cardiovascular risk.

Ms. Tallet received her Masters in Nursing Science and Nurse Practitionership from the Nell Hodgson Woodruff School of Nursing at Emory University in Atlanta, GA, where she received the Helene Fuld Scholarship for nursing excellence. She is a member of Sigma Theta Tau, the nursing honor society. She has been practicing at HealthwoRx since 2004. She continues to improve her academic and clinical skills by being accepted into the Doctorate of Nursing Practice program and Vanderbilt University. Although Ms. Tallet continues to see patients at the Memorial Hospital West Office, she will complete her doctoral studies in 5/2012.
