Biography: Brian Polner M.D. is board certified in internal medicine and completed his medical training at University of Miami with distinction and did his residency at Jackson Memorial Hospital. He is currently the CEO/President of HealthwoRx™. He has served on the medical executive board in Memorial Hospital West. He has received the 2005 Florida Medical Business Golden Stethoscope Award for "Best Young Physician". He does medical correspondence work with local television stations. He completes extensive on going education including course work at Harvard University.

Biography: Sarah A. Glantz is a Board Certified Physician Assistant and is a new edition to the HealthwoRx™ team. She is a graduate of Florida Atlantic University where she received a Bachelor of the Arts in Political Science with a Minor in Biological Sciences and Social Sciences in 2007. She then went on to Graduate from Barry University with a Masters in Clinical Medical Sciences and Physician Assistant Studies in 2010. She works with Brian Polner, MD, in the Memorial West Medical Office Building.
